Warranty for all products, bought in our store, the Law of Ukraine applies "On the protection of consumer rights", which entered into force on January 13, 2006.

Product replacement on a similar one in accordance with Art. 9 ZU "On the protection of consumer rights" possible only if the following conditions are met:

  • no more than 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, excluding the day of purchase;
  • the product has not been used, that is, it is new (the product is in perfect condition, the product has not been used);
  • preserved product appearance, consumer qualities of the product;
  • there are labels, packaging.

The return or exchange of the product for a similar product is possible in accordance with Article No. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of consumer rights" and only if the following conditions are met:

    the product is defective due to the fault of the manufacturer;
  • when placing the order, you were provided with inaccurate information about the product, and no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, the product is brand new and in perfect condition, i.e. it has not been used before;
  •  preserved product appearance in full configuration and consumer quality of the product.

If a similar product is not available at the time of exchange, you can:

  • to exchange the product for a similar one as soon as it is available in stock and goes on sale;
  • purchase any other product, respectively, with a recalculation of the cost;
  • receive money in the amount of the value of the returned goods.
